O akci

Základy práva se zaměřením na GDPR ve sportu pořádá Sportovní komise Městské části Praha-Vinoř. Kurz je určen především zástupcům sportovních klubů, trenérům, vedoucím klubů a všem, kdo ve sportovních aktivitách pracují s dětmi, členy, přihláškami, fotografiemi, zdravotními údaji nebo klubovou dokumentací. Cílem není právní teorie, ale srozumitelný a praktický přehled toho, co by měl běžný sportovní klub znát a mít alespoň v základech pokryté. Akce se koná 29. 9. od 17:00 v sále Pod Normou. Účast je podmíněna registrací přes formulář do 24. 9. – kurz proběhne při minimálním počtu 6 přihlášených účastníků.

The Sports Commission of the Prague-Vinoř Municipality would like to invite you to a practical course: Basics of law with a focus on GDPR in sports Date: 29. 9. from 5:00 PM Location: Sál pod Normou The course is intended primarily for representatives of sports clubs, coaches, club leaders and anyone who works with children, members, applications, photographs, health data or club documentation within the framework of sports activities. The aim is not legal theory, but a clear and practical overview of what a regular sports club should know and have at least the basics covered. The course will focus on the following topics: Fields and rules: Why are we actually dealing with this? Why the legal minimum and GDPR also apply to small sports clubs and teams. More than just a name: What do we know about our members? What data about children, parents, members or coaches do we routinely record and why we need to handle it with care. Ten rules of a fair club or how not to lose data Basic rules for safely handling applications, spreadsheets, contacts and other documentation. What can we do without asking? When does the club need consent and can process data, for example, for membership registration, organization of training sessions, or communication with parents? When do we have to say "yes"? Photos and social networks How to access photos, videos, the website, Facebook, Instagram and promotion of club activities. First aid and documents in the drawer What basic documents, consents and internal rules are good to have ready. Please register via the form no later than September 24th: The course will take place with a minimum number of 6 registered participants. If this number is not reached, the course will be cancelled. After the registration closes on 24 September, all registered participants will receive confirmation whether the course will take place.
